Eaton was arrested by the Gloucester Police Department while driving his motorhome on July 2, 2015, reportedly with an expired NH temporary registration, according to Jamie Berry, a deputy U.S. Marshal from the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force.

“During Eaton’s contact with police he attempted to conceal his identity by giving false identifiers,” Berry stated. “Eaton was not able to conceal his true identity and was arrested by police without incident.”

Eaton is being held in Essex County Department of Corrections, as a fugitive from justice. He was also charged with operating a vehicle on a suspended license and furnishing a false license/Social Security number, according to Berry.
