NH Trucker Charged With Prostitution With A Minor

Report: Luis Castro of Seabrook allegedly thought he was picking up a teenage girl at a turnpike plaza in Maine.

CUMBERLAND, ME — A Seacoast man was arrested last week on a prostitution charge after allegedly trying to hookup with a teenage girl, according to WABI-TV. Luis Castro, 30, of Seabrook, was arrested on Jan. 12, 2018, on a single count of prostitution with a minor. According to Maine State Police, last week, Castro stopped at the Cumberland toll plaza earlier in the week and allegedly approached a woman working at the plaza and requested sex.

On Friday, he returned to the plaza for what he reportedly thought was a pre-arranged meeting with a teenage girl. The girl, however, were state police troopers waiting to arrest him.
