Why are you seeking elective office?

I will be cordial and fair while listening and assisting the Hampton community. I will strive preserve our land, while looking to the future.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

I will always be cordial and civil to my fellow board members and the public.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

In real estate and mortgages, you are helping people find and invest into a huge commitment and probably their biggest asset. That takes patience and time. I can bring that patience further while helping applicants with approvals of creating or modifying a dwelling while on the ZBA. ,

You can catch more bees with honey than you can with vinegar.
