"Notice is hereby given that the North Hampton Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 beginning at 6:30 pm at the North Hampton Town Hall. The following items will be discussed:

Town of North Hampton, NH review of amendments to zoning ordinances for inclusion on the 2021 Town Warrant.

1. Town of North Hampton, NH: Section 203.1 Yard and Lot Requirements. Revision intended to clarify that relief from size and setback requirements for accessory structures is granted through the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit from the Planning Board, not a variance from the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

2. Town of North Hampton, NH: Section 304 Accessory Structures. Revision intended to amend the required front setback distance for accessory structures.

Copies of the proposed amendments are available for public review at the North Hampton Town Office, 233 Atlantic Avenue, Monday – Thursday 7:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 8:00am to 12:00pm"
