Obstacle Course Training Session Sponsored by BattleFrog Race Series

Come train with two Certified Obstacle Course Coaches to learn some training strategies to hep you dominate your next OCR!

If you like or want to try a Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, Warrior Dash or a BattleFrog Race then what better way to kick off your 4th of July weekend than with a WOD in honor of commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence! It was on July 4, 1776, the U.S. declared independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain, so come in and have some fun in honor of our independence. We will warm you up and then have a great OCR BattleFrog style workout including walls, a rope climb and more! We will have the lovely Christine Marie Castro from BattleFrog here with race discount codes and promotional give aways! How much to take part in this WOD you ask???

FREE! Yes it is FREE. So bring a friend and let them share in the fun!

The BattleFrog course is a total test for people of all fitness levels from ages 13 and up. Each step is inspired by the training that forges SEAL operators and prepares them to do anything, anytime, anywhere. The approximate 8K course will take you through 22+ SEAL-inspired obstacles that use air, land and water to test your body, mind and spirit. Navy SEALs and volunteers are throughout the course to coach you through the obstacles and motivate you to give your all.
