Officials Investigating Fatal Fire In Seabrook
NH Fire Marshal, state police, attorney general's office are investigating a fire on Centennial Street after a woman and dog were killed.
SEABROOK, NH — State officials are investigating a fatal fire in Seabrook on Thursday.
Around 3:30 a.m., fire and rescue teams were sent to a fire at a manufactured home on Centennial Street.
“Initial crews arrived to find a mobile home fully engulfed in fire,” the New Hampshire Fire Marshal’s Office said. “An adult female and dog were later found deceased inside the home.”

A majority of the fire was in the front of the home. A photo of the fire was posted on the Rockingham Alert website.
The office of the state fire marshal was contacted to conduct an investigation along with the major crime unit of the New Hampshire State Police, too. Later in the day, the attorney general’s office became involved in the investigation, which is being ruled an untimely death.

The victim’s name is being withheld and the fire’s cause remains under investigation.
