Perps Miss Court Dates, Rockingham Sheriffs Make Arrests
Derry, Epping, Seabrook and other residents charged.

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests recently:
Robert Steven Goodwin, 34, of Warner Hill Road in Derry, was arrested on Aug. 6, for small claims failure to appear, on a judge’s order.
Devin James Chouinard, 28, of Main Street in Seabook, was arrested on Aug. 6, for OFC cost cont. legal fees, on a judge’s order.

Patrick Winfred Smith, 26, of Holt Road in Epping, was arrested on Aug. 6, per a judge’s order, for violation of probation on a previous theft charge.
Glen Howard Glover Jr., 24, of Belknap Street in Dover, was arrested per a judge’s order on Aug. 7, for OFC cost cont. legal fees.

Justin Freeman Pepelis, 35, of North Shore Road in Derry, was arrested on a operating with a habitual offender charge, judge’s order, on Aug. 7.
Adam Daniel Jenna Sr., 34, of Andover Drive in Barnstead, was arrested on Aug. 8, on a judge’s order, for failing to appear at a plea hearing on a possession of heroin charge.
James Charles Coughlin, 55, of Main Street in Hampton, was arrested on Aug. 8, for failing to appear at an arraignment on a theft by deception charge.
Corey Tyler Basiliere, 22, of Beech Street in Newmarket, was arrested on Aug. 8, on a judge’s order for violation of probation on a receiving stolen property charge.
