People of all ages have been flocking to Hampton Beach the last couple of days because of the amazing weather, although it really seems like the student population is the sect that has best figured out how to "maximize" "free time" in their schedules.

We do have to give props to Mr. Prom Date for his efforts, though. That said, if he was truly dedicated, he would've tanned (or burned) a question mark onto his chest while spending time at the beach Wednesday, then come back Thursday — the day this photo was taken — with his proposition.

It's all about the follow-through and overall level of effort. That said, he is playing hooky, so...
