It seems like it was so long ago now that leaves were the only things covering our green lawns.
This photo was taken by Kali Slauter during that long-since-passed time, otherwise known as last week, before the power outages and snow-covered Halloween decorations.
Here's hoping the sun can melt the snow so humans and neighborhood cats alike can get a few more days of green grass before winter sets in.
