Police Make DWI, Theft Arrests
A Staples theft and a DWI charge are among several recent notable North Hampton police log entries.

The following entries are excerpts from arrest and call logs supplied by the North Hampton Police Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.
TUESDAY, NOV. 1
- 11:20 a.m.: Police received a call from a Rye resident reporting she lost a diamond ring about a week ago while in North Hampton. The woman said the yellow gold ring is about 60 years old and has a small diamond. Police said the woman believes it fell out of her purse she was in a parking lot, and the woman said she had been at and well as .
- 4:20 p.m.: Police responded to for a theft report. Jacob C. Moore, of Hampton, was subsequently charged with inhaling toxic vapors, criminal trespass and criminal mischief. Moore was held on cash bail.
WEDNEDAY, NOV. 2

- 1:15 a.m.: Douglas E. Sabo, of North Hampton, turned himself in on an active warrant issued by . Sabo was processed and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Dec. 5 at 8:30 a.m.
- 9:15 p.m.: Police charged Nancy Ann Mooney, of Westford, Mass., with driving while intoxicated after stopping her 1998 Ford Escort for speeding on Exeter Road. Mooney refused the services of the bail commissioner and was held at the Rockingham County House of Corrections until her arraignment on Nov. 3.
FRIDAY, NOV. 4
- 7:37 p.m.: North Hampton police took custody of Timothy Pettis, of Dover, from the Dover Police Department. Police said Dover police had arrested Pettis of a 12-hour domestic charge. Pettis' bail was set at $500 cash/$1,000 personal recognizance bail. Police said Pettis wasn't able to pay his bail and was transported to the Rockingham County House of Corrections. He was scheduled for arraignment in Hampton District Court on Nov. 7.
