Post Your Prom Photos Here

We want to make a special gallery to celebrate Winnacunnet's prom and grand march.

This weekend is sure to have plenty of celebrations thanks to a highly-anticipated prom and a grand march that officially will be the first-ever event at the new Seashell Stage on Hampton Beach.

We want to help you revel in those celebrations, so we've created this Facebook event page to encourage you to share with us your prom, grand march and celebratory photos.

Once you join the page, which is active now, you are able to post any photos from the grand march, which is from 5 to 6 p.m. in front of the Seashell Stage at 170 Ocean Blvd., or from prom itself, which is from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Frank Jones Center on Lafayette Road in Portsmouth.

The town of Hampton has agreed to waive all parking fees for their municipal lots at Hampton Beach during the grand march so parents, family and friends can watch their students at no charge.

You can also upload any other prom-related photos, whether they be from your prom date proposal, you getting ready for the big night, posing with your date before the march, or something you're doing with friends after prom. We just ask that you keep the pictures appropriate, and that you have the individuals' permission to take the photos in the first place.

We also ask that anyone posting photos provide a caption so we know who's in the picture. You're also welcome to post videos from the event, and any pictures or videos can be uploaded to the Facebook event page or to this story.

If you do not want the photos on the Facebook page but do want them in our Patch gallery, you can e-mail them to directly to Kyle.Stucker@Patch.com or text them to 531-9467.

Any friends, family, students or teachers can join the open Facebook group, and we are also encouraging people to also invite everyone they know to join.

We will take all of the photos and create a big gallery on the website, which will be posted early next week.

The more photos you send in, the bigger the gallery will be. Can you help us top the outstanding record set by our ?
