Private Jet Services hires Director of Product Development and Innovation

 NBAA Convention Floor, Las Vegas, NV, 22 October 2013: Private Jet Services (PJS), one of the nation’s leading aviation consulting firms, announces the hiring of Monique Albert as Director of Product Development and Innovation. Albert, an aviation industry veteran, is responsible for spearheading relationships with vendors, developing innovative aviation products and services, furthering PJS' position as the leader in aviation safety and will help identify opportunities for acquisition and external growth.

Albert joins PJS with extensive experience in the aviation industry, most recently serving as Director, Business Development at Wyvern, LTD. In this role, Albert was instrumental to the development of Wyvern's Safety Intelligence Reports (SIR) and Pilot & Aircraft Safety Surveys (PASS). Greg Raiff, CEO of PJS, said “PJS is rooted in a culture of aviation safety. We are fortunate to bring Monique on board and her recruitment is further testament to this commitment to responsible aviation. Monique’s intimate knowledge of aviation safety data and reporting will drive the bar even higher.”

Albert was also instrumental in the development of SchedAero and Avinode Trip Manager, a web-based charter operator, flight department and broker flight management solutions. Albert hopes to continue her record of innovation at PJS, saying “I take pride in understanding this complex industry and developing forward looking products and services. My goal is to ensure that PJS stays ahead of the pack with all of our offerings.”

Prior to her tenure at Avinode, Albert held sales management roles at OneSky Jets and Charter Operations, LLC. Albert, who will be based in the company’s New Hampshire headquarters, attended University of Southern Maine and is a member of several industry trade organizations including NBAA.
