Why are you seeking elective office?

Complete third term goals

The single most pressing issue facing our (board, district, etc.) is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.

Financial support from the statehouse. Collaborate with concerned taxpayers to convince the entire board of selectmen to fight for towns taxpayers. After getting unanimous support from the board in the form of a letter, head up to concord and relay the message.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

I keep myself completely independent from town special interest groups and all town and school departments and groups. If my opponent wins, there will be at least 3 Hampton government employees on the board.

If you are a challenger, in what way has the current board or officeholder failed the community (or district or constituency)

Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform.

Affordability for taxpayers
Fiscal responsibility
Critical Town Infrastructure investment.
Hampton sovereignty
Conservation

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

Strong independent voice.
A fighter who wants the best for all taxpayers & residents of Hampton.
Communication to the public should be a top priority, even if some of the information relayed is not what the public may want to hear. I score 100% in this regard. Truth is power, complete truth, not half-truth.

The best advice ever shared with me was:

When in doubt, go with your gut.

What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

I am an individual running for re-election to local office in my hometown, if re-elected, I will continue to be the watchdog for all taxpayers and residents. I am not running for fellow board members, or for certain town interests. I am running for you and I will work for you to the best of my ability.

I now have 6 years of experience under my belt and not one second of those years have gone to waste. Vote to re-elect Regina Barnes on Tuesday, March 8.
