Residents Summoned On Dog License Violations: Hampton Police

HAMPTON, NH — Jeffrey Lougman, 53, of Hampton, received a summons at 4:48 p.m. on July 31, 2017, for dog license required on Winnacunnet Road.

Rhonda Giandomenico, 55, of Hampton, received a summons at 7:06 p.m. on July 31, 2017, for dog license required on Ocean Boulevard.
