Rhode Island Teens Face Fake ID Charges In Hampton: Police Log

Providence woman arrested on assault charge at hotel; Mass. motorcyclist faces charge after stop; man arrested on disorderly conduct charge.

HAMPTON, NH — Steven Jake Contrada, 21, of Billerica, Massachusetts, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. on June 25, 2023, on a disobeying an officer charge as well as eye and face protection and operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle license violations after a traffic stop on Ashworth Avenue.

Christopher Scalzo, 18, of Warwick, Rhode Island was arrested at 7:17 p.m. on June 25 on manufacture-possess false ID and unlawful possession-intoxication violations. Also arrested was Jude Booth, 19, of Warwick, RI, also on manufacture-possess false ID and unlawful possession-intoxication violations. They were charged after an incident at Ocean Boulevard and J Street.

Alexander J. Hill, 30, of Palmer, MA, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on June 25 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident on Ocean Boulevard. Hill was also placed into protective custody due to alcohol, police said.

Stephanie Hayes, 43, a homeless woman now located in Hampton, was arrested on a warrant at 3:56 p.m. on June 25 after an incident at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Lafayette Road.

Diana Alsonso, 30, of Providence, RI, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. on June 25 on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges. She was arrested after police were sent to the Springhill Suites on Exeter Road for a domestic incident.

A 24-year-old Seabrook woman and a 22-year-old Salem man were taken into protective custody at 1:33 a.m. on June 25 after a disorderly conduct incident at the sand across from Bernie’s on Ocean Boulevard.

Cameron Gilroy, 21, of Salisbury, MA, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge at 12:32 a.m. on June 25. Michael Armand, 21, of Rowley, MA, was also charged with a public urination and defecation violation. They were both charged after an incident at the L Street Tavern on L Street. Both were taken into protective custody due to alcohol, according to police.
