Seabrook Man Arrested for DWI After Landing Road Crash
Hampton Police: Duane L'Italien arrested on felony charge yesterday.
HAMPTON, NH - A Seacoast man was arrested for DWI after a motor vehicle accident on Landing Road yesterday that closed the road for about an hour and a half, according to a press report.
Duane L’Italien, 52, of Seabrook, was arrested on Feb. 11, 2016, and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Hampton Police as well as Fire and Rescue teams were called to the intersection of Landing Road and Tide Mill Road at just before 4 p.m. yesterday. As a result of the accident the driver of one of the vehicles sustained serious bodily injury and L’Italien was the driver believed to be at fault of the accident, according to Deputy Chief David Hobbs.
“Speed is also believed to be a factor,” Hobbs noted.

L’Italien was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a Class B felony. He was released on bail and is due in Seabrook District Court next week.
