Seabrook Man Arrested On DWI Charges: Hampton Police Log

HAMPTON, NH — Michael A. Papatola, 45, of Seabrook, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, on aggravated driving while intoxicated and two counts of driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor after a traffic stop on Ocean Boulevard.

Phil C. Pinto, 43, of Danville, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. on Aug. 6, 2017, for attempt to commit theft from a building and loitering. He was also taken into protective custody after police were sent to J Street for a disorderly conduct complaint.

Shannon Emerson, 18, of Newton, was arrested at 11:22 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2017, for unlawful possession of alcohol and possession of a controlled drug. Also charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor was a 17-year-old. They were charged after a disorderly conduct report on Ocean Boulevard. Paul K. Danusis, 41, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 10:44 a.m. on Aug. 4, 2017, for unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle and a warrant. He was arrested on Barbour Road.

Jamie A. Marshall, 37, of Hampton, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. on Aug. 3, 2017, for driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor on Ocean Boulevard.

Roger Hall, 20, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 10:39 a.m. on Aug. 1, 2017, on two simple assault charges. He was arrested on a warrant.

Joshua Arnold, 21, of Derry, received a summons at 12:39 a.m. on Aug. 1, 2017, for open container at the state parking lot on Ocean Boulevard.

Abigail Ward, 20, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 10:32 a.m. on July 31, 2017, on a warrant for criminal trespass.
