Service Center Owner Charged with 2nd Degree, Vehicular Assaults

- 6:45 p.m. — Police responded to an undisclosed residence for a report of criminal mischief.
- 7:15 p.m. — Police responded to another undisclosed residence for a report of criminal mischief.
- 8:45 p.m. — Thomas Bacon, 54, a Stratham resident and owner of Bacon's Service Center in North Hampton, was arrested on warrants for second-degree assault, conduct after an accident and vehicular assault. Bacon was released on $1,000 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment in on Wednesday, April 11.
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 21
- 1:11 p.m. — Andrew M. Seniuta, 50, of Stratham, was charged with operating after suspension (second offense) after police stopped the Chevrolet Yukon he was driving near 144 Lafayette Road. The vehicle was towed and Seniuta was released on $500 personal recognizance bail. Seniuta is scheduled for arraignment in Hampton District Court on Wednesday, May 9, at 8:30 a.m.

- 8:32 a.m. — Matthew Stone was arrested on an active North Hampton Police Department warrant.
SATURDAY, MARCH 24
- 12:55 a.m. — Police responded to an undisclosed residence because of a neighbor reported someone was playing drums. The responding officer found a man and woman playing bongos and a guitar on the porch. Both individuals had been drinking alcohol, and through glass doors beer bottles could be seen on the kitchen table and several people could be seen in the kitchen. The officer determined all parties were over the age of 21, and a noise warning was issued to one of the men.
- 1:29 a.m. — Gilcimar Neves Lopes, of Manchester, was charged with operating after suspension (subsequent offense) after police stopped the Honda Accord he was driving near the Rye town line on Lafayette Road. The Accord was towed, and Neves Lopes was released on $100 cash bail. Neves Lopes is scheduled for arraignment in Hampton District Court on Wednesday, May 9.
