Sheriffs Arrest Derry Woman For Second-Degree Assault

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Aaron Atherton, 38, of Chestnut Hill Drive in Sandown, was arrested on June 15, 2017, for contempt capias-marital-fees, final divorce decrees.

Shannon H. Blake, 41, of South Main Street in Seabrook, was arrested on June 14, 2017, on a contempt capias-marital non-support warrant.

Jenny M. Taveras, 37, of Birch Street in Derry, was arrested on June 13, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for second-degree assault and on a judge’s order to arrest for two counts of simple assault.

James R.A. Burton, 31, of Long Hill Road in Raymond, was arrested on June 11, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for restitution on an original charge of bad checks.

Sarah B. Mitzel, 31, of Haverhill Road in Chester, was arrested on June 8, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an original charge of receiving stolen property-stolen firearm, on a judge’s order to arrest for theft by deception, and on a judge’s order to arrest for two counts of receiving stolen property-firearm

John D. Lampiris, 51, of Windsor Lane in Brentwood, was arrested on June 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a habitual offender charge and a bench warrant out of Exeter District Court for simple assault.

Marcus A. Basiliere, 25, of Island Pond Road in Derry, was arrested on June 7, 2017, for violation of a court order.

Jennifer Santos, 30, of Littleworth Road in Dover, was arrested on June 5, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of an original charge of possession of heroin.

Madolyn R. Bouchard, 18, of Ford Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on June 5, 2017, for possession of marijuana.

Alyza R. Anzalone, 24, of O’Brien Court in Charlestown, MA, was arrested on June 5, 2017, for possession of marijuana.
