Sheriff's Arrest Fugitives, Other Criminals

Rockingham County judges order arrest of Seabrook, Concord, Sandown, Epping, and Massachusetts residents.

The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office made the following arrests last week:

Christopher Francis Peluso, 40, of Inwood Drive in Woburn, MA, was arrested on Sept. 15, on a judge’s order to arrest, failure to appear, on an original charge of theft. On Sept. 17, he was also charged with being a fugitive from justice on a theft charge from Sanford, Maine.

Amy Jo Lynn Currier, 27, of Poplar Avenue in Concord, was arrested on Sept. 15, on a judge’s order, violation of parole, on an original charge of heroin possession.

David Freeman, 28, of Cedar Circle in Sandown, was arrested on Sept. 16, on a warrant.

Anthony Michael-Lawren Driscoll, 27, of Clark Road in Peabody, MA, was arrested on Sept. 16, on a judge’s order, failure to appear, show cause on a theft charge.

Christopher Michael Bouchard, 30, of Freeman Street in Haverhill, was arrested on Sept. 17, and charged with failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft charge.

Dustin Michael Mears, 25, of Ray Avenue in Newton, was arrested on Sept. 17, on a failure to appear at the arraignment of two theft counts and receiving stolen property.

Kenneth Ernest Chapman, 61, of Merrill Avenue in Kingston, was arrested on Sept. 17, on a failure to appear at the arraignment of an operating while being a habitual offender charge.

Gregory John Brouck, 25, of Pheasant Lane in Hampstead, was arrested on Sept. 18, on a judge’s order to arrest, def sent violation on an endangering the welfare of a child charge.

Aricia Jean Jackson, 23, of Faith in Derry was arrested on Sept. 19, on an order of arrest violation of court order.

Dennis Adam Wrenn, 46, of Village Road in Tyngsborough, MA, on Sept. 20, for contempt capias, martial non-support.

Richard Joseph Toth, 49, of Jenness Road in Epping, was arrested on Sept. 22, for contempt capias, martial non-support.

Roger David Ferland, 53, of Glenbrook Drive in Windsor Locks, CT, was arrested on Sept. 23, for failing to appear on original charges of bad checks, theft, and theft by deception.

Joseph Daniel Noone, 26, of Hemlock Street in North Andover, MA, was arrested on Sept. 24, on a failure to appear on a receiving stolen property charge and three counts of theft by deception.

Tammy Lee Gould, 52, of Whitehouse Road in Rochester, was arrested on Sept. 26, on a fugitive from justice charge from Merrimac, MA, on a larceny charge.

Jakob Hale Bastian, 25, of Stephanie Drive in Dunbarton, was arrested on Sept. 26, on a reckless conduct, motorcycle and disobeying an officer charges.

Robert Edward Dyer, 49, of Andover Street in Georgetown, MA, was arrested on Sept. 26, on identity fraud and unsworn falsification charges.

Robert Anthony Eaton Sr., 27, of Main Street in Seabrook, was arrested on Sept. 27, on a failure to appear in drug court on a original charge of theft.
