Sheriffs, Seabrook Police Make Drug Sweep

Rockingham County sheriffs, local police, as well as Florida sheriffs arrest nine on various charges, including drug dealing and possession.

SEABROOK, NH — Seabrook Police and the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department made drug sweep arrests in Seabrook on March 11, 2017, after a “long investigation into the illegal distribution of narcotic drugs” in town, according to a press statement.

Arrested on Washington Street were Dee Ann Dow, 57; Jerry Dow Jr., 26; and Kaitlyn Fogg, 31. Arrested at two locations on South Main Street were Nellie Fowler, 48; Christina Sargent, 30; Shannon Blake, 40; and Courtney Foote, 57. Anthony Janvrin, 43, and Robbi-Lyn Marshall, 24, both of Boynton Lane in Seabrook were also arrested.

Dow, Dow Jr., Fowler, and Fogg, have all been charged with sale of a controlled/narcotic drug. Foot and Sargent were arrested on a single possession count each.

Blake was charged with sale of a controlled/narcotic drug and conspiracy to violate the controlled drug act.

They were all held on cash bail and will be arraigned on Monday.

Janvrin and Marshall were arrested as part of a joint effort with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Orlando, FL, which alleged that the pair were involved in “the shipping and distribution of illegal narcotic drugs” from Florida to New Hampshire. They were charged with possession of a narcotic drug in Florida and posted bail there, according to police.

The press statement noted that the Salisbury MA Police Department also assisted with the roundup.
