Three Indicted for Allegedly Firing Guns Near Homes Roundup

Homeless man indicted on credit card fraud, alleged Brentwood, Derry drug dealers, and an alleged ID fraudster arrested in Windham indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court in March.

Jailyn Alvarado, 24, of Moores Lane in Seabrook, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on Aug. 3, 2016, in Seabrook.

Neil F. Barry III, 30, of North Road in Brentwood, for felony sale of a controlled drug-heroin allegedly on Sept. 23, 2016, in Seabrook.

Courtney Beaulieu, 24, of Kingsley Street in Nashua, for identity fraud and possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, both felonies, as well as false reports to law enforcement allegedly on Dec. 14, 2016, in Windham.

Michael Bennett, 23, of Sunset Drive in Rochester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, allegedly on Nov. 20, 2016, in Portsmouth.

Charles Bradley, 47, of Forrest Street in Plaistow, for felony reckless conduct for allegedly discharging a firearm in a residential neighborhood with a house and children within 300 feet on Aug. 6, 2016, in Atkinson.

Edward Bridge, 45, a homeless man, for felony fraudulent use of a credit card in Derry allegedly using another person’s debit card between February and June 2016.

David M. Brogan Jr., 32, of Griffin Street in Derry, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on July 28, 2016, in Salem.

Alexander Bruen, 45, of Stonewall Terrace in Atkinson, for felony reckless conduct for allegedly discharging a firearm in a residential neighborhood with a house and children within 300 feet on Aug. 6, 2016, in Atkinson.

Jody Burns, 43, of New Boston Road in Kingston, for allegedly discharging a firearm in a residential neighborhood with a house and children within 300 feet on Aug. 6, 2016, in Atkinson.
