Tips Lead to Capture of NH Fugitive
Deanna Spencer was arrested this morning by U.S. Marshals for an alleged probation violations after being conviction of a drug offense.

CONCORD, NH - This week’s New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week is in custody after tips led U.S. Marshals to an apartment building in Rochester, according to Deputy Marshal Jamie Berry.
Deanna Spencer, 43, was taken in to custody without incident on Feb. 12, 2016, at the Ela Court apartment complex.

Spencer had been wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office for violations of probation as a result of being convicted and sentenced for drug offenses, according to Berry.
“Several tips were received placing Spencer at an Ela Court apartment after being featured as this week’s Fugitive of the Week,” Berry stated. “This arrest was a cooperative investigation by Rochester PD, Strafford and Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Offices, NH Probation/ Parole and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.”

During the past few years, Spencer has been arrested numerous times, including for shoplifting in 2013, drug possession last year, and simple assault and criminal mischief in 2011, all in Rochester. She was arrested in Maine last summer for failure to provide correct name.
