Two Arrested After 'Large Fight' at Ocean Boulevard Karaoke Bar

Casey Walker and Christopher Walker, both of Hampton, were arrested Sunday morning. Police are looking for other suspects.

It’s unknown whether “Saturday Night’s Alright (for Fighting)” was being played at Stacey Jane’s Restaurant in Hampton after an early morning Sunday fight broke out, but you can queue the Elton John classic right now.

Two local residents – Casey Walker and Christopher Walker – were arrested after police were sent to the self-proclaimed “world’s best karaoke bar” at 1 a.m. on Jan. 3, 2016, for a large fight.

Casey Walker was charged with disorderly conduct for fighting in a public place; Christopher Walker was charged with disorderly conduct for fighting in a public place, obstructing government administration for interfering with the arrest, simple assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest or detention.

According to police, about 12 people were involved in the fight but officers were “drawn to Casey Walker who was actively fighting,” who was removed from the group by police. Christopher Walker allegedly began to interfere with the arrest, assaulted an officer, and attempted to flee the scene. He was Tased and taken in to custody.

Both subjects were released on bail the night of the incident and are scheduled for arraignment on Feb. 16, 2016, at the 10th Circuit Court in Seabrook, according to police.

The Hampton Police are still actively investigating this incident and ask anyone with information to contact the department.
