Volunteers Clean Up Area Beaches

The Blue Ocean Society for Marine Conservation held a coastal cleanup Saturday, according to WMUR.

Hundreds of volunteers helped clean up trash along the shoreline from Durham to Seabrook, the television station reported. The effort even included divers who removed trash from Rye Harbor. Knives and plastic bottles were among the items found and then hauled away.
