What is ROISSY Intimates?

Since my blog does serve an ulterior motive (promotion of my business) it seems logical to start by telling you something about my business and what inspired me to open ROISSY Intimates.

ROISSY is an adult boutique but not like any that you have been to (or not been too but know of). I know its bad form but lets start by saying what ROISSY is NOT.

First, ROISSY Intimates is NOT Victoria's Secret or any other mall store like them. BORING! That is the word for VS. Yes they have gorgeous models who wear equally gorgeous clothes on their television specials. But have you ever gone there and tried to find those super sexy things? If they exist in your local store they are probably buried under a bunch of pink flannel pajama bottoms with words written across the rear end. If you do find them, you had better hope your cup size is C or less. Us more endowed females don't stand a chance in this place, where service is provided (somewhat) by a group of barely endowed post-teens with no product knowledge, who were working at the food court two weeks ago.

Lets not forget that fact that you are buying 'intimate apparel' in front of a crowd, in a store where your husband feels like a Cro-Magnon man no matter how deliciously cute he is, and can't wait to leave.

Second, we are not a 'head shop' or a 'toy store' or a 'video store' or a 'book store' or any other type of poorly lit establishment that you have always wondered about but were too scared to visit.

ROISSY Intimates was created by a couple for couples. Ladies, or course are always welcome. Come and pamper yourself, or buy something to surprise your partner. Guys the same applies if you want to surprise her. But why shouldn't shopping for intimate products be a romantic, fun experience in itself.

This is the philosophy behind ROISSY Intimates. Simply stated we want couples to stay passionate. Passion is what creates relationships, and should never be lost. Life should be full of passion, especially for the one you are with.

Gentlemen will find our antique appointed gallery to be comfortable and friendly, and they get to be involved in the process of selecting items and seeing the results!

Ladies are treated to our 200 sq ft 'boudoir' dressing room, complete with candle lighting and its own private restroom and makeup facilities.

At ROISSY you can expect the unexpected. Our product lines are unique to the area. We carry several famous clubwear lines, specialize in 4-6" heels, faux vintage lines, bra and garter sets, lingerie (of course) and even latex and leather items.

We feature high end designers including Vollers for our custom corsets and Dawnamatrix (a Boston Designer and manufacturer) for our latex. We also carry the super hot What Katy Did line from England.

If you are local, please Shop Local. We do not sell online, we focus on product that should be tried on. Please don't buy a set of 6" heels over the net and expect them to fit!
