Our first ever "Deck the House" competition will kick off next week, and we'll be looking for your photo or video submissions featuring your decked-out house, which you will be able to (and must) upload yourself.
With one quick click, Patch readers will be able to vote on the Best Decked House in their neighborhood, and that home will be pitted against the other "best of" houses around the country.

What's at stake?
Once voting concludes at the end of December, 24 finalists will be selected from across our 860 national Patch sites, and all 24 finalists will have their December electric bills paid by Patch (up to $500).
Better yet, the 24 finalists will also be posted across our Patch sites through Jan. 8, during which all Patch readers will select their top pick for the Best Decked House.

The winner, as chosen by all of Patchland, will get $100,000 for their town's schools.
