Hampton Teen on Suspended Sentence Arrested for Fifth Time

Hampton teen Jordan Welch, out on a suspended sentence in connection to a local burglary case, has been arrested once again.

The following individuals were recently arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Nov. 17

  • Jay Ian Anthony, 34, of 175 Lita Lane, Newmarket was arrested on a judge's order for violating probation on a theft charge.
Monday, Nov. 18
  • Travis Niles Thornblade, 29, of 127 Moses Gerrish Farm Road, Eliot, ME was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for a status conference on a heroin possession charge.
  • Caley Patrick Winans, 34, of Marble Valley Correctional Facility, Rutland, VT was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for arraignment on theft by deception and receiving stolen property charges.
Tuesday, Nov. 19
  • Gregory Paul Champoux Sr., 50, of 14 Epping St., Apt. #2, Raymond was arrested for failure to pay marital support.
  • Jordan John Welch, 19, of 9 Green St., Hampton was arrested on a judge's order for violating probation on receiving stolen property and criminal trespass charges.
  • Max A. Menagerman, 24, of 44 North St., Haverhill, MA was arrested for pre-indictment extradition for Hampstead.
Wednesday, Nov. 20
  • Angel A. Sanchez, 22, of 52 North St., Haverhill, MA was arrested for pre-indictment extradition for Hampstead.
  • Mario Colecchia, 22, of 28 Harris Road, Salem was arrested for driving after revocation or suspension.
Thursday, Nov. 21
  • Mark Schwarz, 40, of 16 Meadowfox Road, Apt. A, North Hampton was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for arraignment on two heroin possession charges and one driving after revocation charge.
  • Anthony Joseph Redfield, 27, of 32 Smith Ave., Bridgeton, ME was arrested on a judge's order for violating probation on a charge of possession of heroin with intent to sell.
  • Benjamin M. Bunnell, 29, of 88 North Main St., Newton was arrested on an electronic bench warrant. The charge was not specified.
  • Jessica Sederquest, 34, of 72 Ridge Road, Deerfield was arrested as a fugitive from justice on a burglary charge out of Westford, MA.
Friday, Nov. 22
  • Andrew Al Busa, 29, of 777 Washington St., Canton, MA was arrested on a judge's order for violating probation on a heroin possession charge.
  • Andrew Phillip Greeley, 43, of 199 Manchester St./New Horizon, Manchester, was arrested on a judge's order for failing to pay restitution for a subsequent offense of driving while intoxicated.
Monday, Nov. 25
  • Xavier Nathaniel Watson, 20, of 13 Michael Bennett Road, Brentwood was arrested on a judge's order for violation of probation on a marijuana possession charge.
  • Nicole Renee Bousquet, 26, of 54 Middle Road, Brentwood was arrested on a judge's order for bail revocation on a theft charge and three counts of credit card fraud.
  • Cindy Rose Boutin, 42, of 291 Dubuque St., Apt. #3, Manchester was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear for sentencing on a welfare fraud charge.
  • Aaron S. Hill, 35, of 31A Main St., Newmarket was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear on a charge of operating while a habitual offender.
Tuesday, Nov. 26
  • Robert Eaton, 25, of South Main St., Apt. #15, Seabrook was arrested on a judge's order for failure to appear on a theft charge.
