2nd and 3rd at the Boston Open IBJJF Championship.
Ed Tapia took 2nd and Ben Simon took 3rd at the Boston Spring Open IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship. April 14th, 2018.
2018 Boston Spring Open, International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF), April 14th at University of Massachusetts Boston's Clark Athletic Center.
Brazilian Top Team took 3rd over all and local Londonderry residents Ed Tapia took 2nd in the blue belt, medium-heavy, masters III division and Ben Simon took 3rd in the blue belt, feather-weight, masters II division.
Ben Simon and Ed Tapia are trained by Professor Roger Woo, New Hampshire's first Brazilian Top Team black belt. Woo Kickboxing Academy's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu branch (Team Woo) is affiliated with Brazilian Top Team. This gives team members the ability to train at Woo Kickboxing Academy in Londonderry, New Hampshire and at BTT Boston in Everett, Massachusetts.
