The town's <a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Londonderry-Dog-Park/281697795193180" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Dog Park Study Committee</a> is looking at a piece of land on South Road as a possible site for a dog park, <a href="http://www.unionleader.com/article/20130122/NEWS06/130129797" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to the Union Leader</a>. The site in question is conservation land located at 95 South Road, and the dog park committee is hoping the Conservation Commission will allow it to use a one-acre section of the property. The committee had been eyeing town land on Sanborn Road for a potential site, but the Town Council informed the group last year that the site was being dedicated to affordable housing for seniors.
