AG, NH State Police Eyeing Officer-Involved Shooting

The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office and the New Hampshire State Police have announced that they investigating an officer-involved shooting incident in Derry.

The NH AG issued an alert letting members of the media know about the situation but added, “Because the investigation is in the early stages, there are no specific details to be provided at this time.”

Further details will be provided later today, according to Jane Young, the associate attorney general.

According to the New Hampshire Union Leader, the shooting occurred early this morning at Scobie Pond Road and Julian Road, less than a mile from Londonderry.

Police say there is no threat to the public and the officer was not injured.
