Alleged Londonderry Oxycodone, Pot Dealer Arrested by Staties

Michael Toth was arrested after a month-long investigation into drug dealing by the New Hampshire State Police.

LONDONDERRY, NH — A local man was arrested today after a month-long investigation into alleged drug dealing in New Hampshire, according to New Hampshire State Police. Michael Toth, 22, of Londonderry, was arrested on May 12, 2017, and charged with sale of a narcotic drug-Oxycodone and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute. According to Sgt. James Norris of the NH State Police Narcotics and Investigations Unit, a search warrant was executed of his residence and more than $10,000 cash and 2 lbs. of marijuana were allegedly seized from the home.

The marijuana, allegedly located during the search, led to additional drug dealing charge, Norris stated.

Toth refused bail and is being held at the Rockingham County Jail. He’s due in court on May 15.
