LONDONDERRY, NH — A local man was arrested on a warrant by police who allegedly he allegedly fondled another person, according to a Londonderry Police log. Michael C. Russell, 45, of Pendleton Lane in Londonderry, was arrested at 5:49 p.m. on Sept. 20, 2016, for sexual assault-forcible fondling and simple assault.  Editor's note: This post was derived from information supplied by the Londonderry Police Department.
