Alleged NH Vandal Hams It Up in Mugshot

LONDONDERRY, NH – A local resident was arrested this week and decided to pose for his booking photo, according to police.

Sam Tulley, 21, pictured, of Otterson Road in Londonderry, was arrested at 10:51 on June 12, 2016, for criminal mischieg.
