AG: Police officers justified in Londonderry suicide-by-cop shooting (concordmonitor.com) — State investigators have ruled that three Londonderry police officers were legally justified in the 2025 fatal shooting of a 23-year-old Planet Fitness employee after he allegedly demanded they kill him and pointed a gun toward them and nearby traffic. The report notes there was no body or cruiser camera footage, so conclusions relied on interviews, physical evidence, and gym security video, and it reiterates that the Attorney General’s reviews only address criminal legality, not police tactics or policy.
3. Derry murder is the latest fallout from NH's ties to global gift card scam (nhpr.org) — Londonderry figures into a sprawling investigation of a global gift card and Apple product scheme, with a 2025 warehouse break-in where robbers zip-tied an employee while hunting for phones. 4.
