• New warehouse to be built off I-93 in Londonderry (unionleader.com subscription) — Londonderry's Planning Board has unanimously approved a 105,000-square-foot warehouse just northwest of Exit 5 on I-93, adding another major facility off Jacks Bridge Road. With 28 loading docks, office space, and careful design for the historic district and nearby wetlands, the project could bring new business activity even though tenants are not yet lined up.
   

• Metro Walls Adds Kellett to Maine Operations (wconline.com) — A Manchester-based construction firm recently earned a top industry award for its work on the large Baldwin senior living campus in Londonderry, highlighting the town's role in major regional development. The company is now expanding its project management team to support continued growth across New England, which could influence future commercial and residential projects affecting Londonderry's built environment.
