• Plans Move Forward for Grand Reopening of Leach Library (londonderrytimes.net) — Londonderry's Leach Library is nearing a long-awaited return to its main building after extensive mold remediation and a year in the police department's community room. Staff are planning an all-day grand reopening with tours, games, refreshments, and family activities, though the exact weekday date awaits final mold test results. Trustees have voted to start winding down the temporary location.
• Energy Business Presents Plan, Looks for Tax Break (londonderrytimes.net) — Londonderry officials are weighing a tax break for a proposed Purpose-Energy plant that would turn food waste into renewable gas off North Wentworth Avenue. The project could add nearly $23 million in assessed value, support local food businesses, and potentially ease residents' tax burdens. A public hearing on the exemption is set for Sept. 14.
• Lawsuit Filed in Push for Investigation Transparency (londonderrytimes.net) — Londonderry residents are watching a new Superior Court lawsuit that seeks release of documents from a closed-door investigation into Town Manager Shaun Mulholland and Councilor Dan Bouchard.
