Board members also rejected a proposed Delta Drive lot line change as too complex for a simple adjustment, signaling that a full amended site plan and legal review will be required.
   

• Traffic Management Group Submits Project List to CIP (londonderrytimes.net) — Londonderry's Capital Improvements Program committee is advancing 17 priority traffic and safety projects, targeting busy corridors like Route 102, Pillsbury Road, and Hall Road, plus major upgrades on Pettengill Road. The plan also bundles three sewer expansions that could connect hundreds of homes and development areas to town sewer between 2029 and 2031, with some corridor work starting as early as next year.
   

• Court Hears Case on Release of Investigation Records (londonderrytimes.net) — Londonderry officials are in court defending their decision to withhold records from an investigation involving former Town Manager Shaun Mulholland and Councilor Dan Bouchard, citing an ongoing probe and confidentiality rules. Local writer Chris Paul is pressing for release under New Hampshire's Right-to-Know law, and a review hearing is set for November 12 in Rockingham County Superior Court.
