• Scanlon and Farley of Colliers Facilitate $1.45M Sale of Approved Warehouse Site in Londonderry (businessdailynetwork.com) — A nearly 21-acre industrial parcel at 4 Planeview Drive in Londonderry, next to Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, has sold for $1.45 million and is already approved for a sizable warehouse project. With easy access to the Everett Turnpike and I-93, the site could bring new storage or small-bay warehouse space and related jobs to the area.
• Londonderry Boys' Soccer Roll Past Dover, Windham (londonderrytimes.net) — Londonderry High's boys' soccer team has climbed to fifth in Division I after shutout wins over Windham and Dover, powered by balanced scoring and strong possession. The Lancers now face a tough stretch, traveling to Exeter and then to Nashua's Stellos Stadium to challenge the undefeated division leaders, giving local fans key matchups to watch.
