Caller Reports People Having Sex in Car

Monday, March 25

• 7:38 a.m.: Christian Schubert, 26, of 63 Myrtle St., Methuen, Mass. was arrested on a warrant and charged with criminal trespass and two counts of simple assault. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on April 15.
• 9:17 a.m.: A caller on Garden Lane reported two people in a car having sex.
• 11:17 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle accident with no injury on Nashua Road.
• 11:44 a.m.: Adam Couto, 20, of 22 Pond Road, Derry was arrested on a warrant and charged with second degree assault and simple assault. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on April 29.
• 11:47 a.m.: Timothy James Dubois, 31, of 591 Somerville St., Manchester was arrested on a warrant and charged with theft and criminal trespass. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and scheduled to appear in Derry District Court on April 29.
• 2:12 p.m.: Peter Frank Caruso Jr., 30, of 173R Bypass 28, Derry was arrested on a warrant and charged with burglary. He was held on $5,000 bail and scheduled for arraignment in Derry District Court on March 26.
• 3:44 p.m.: Robert A. Tolstuk Jr., 36, of 113 Willow St., Apt. 2, Manchester was charged with attempt to commit. He was held on $1,000 bail and scheduled for arraignment in Derry District Court on March 26.
• 10:56 p.m.: A caller on Gary Drive reported he was just assaulted. The suspect left in a teal Chevy Tahoe. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

• 3:39 a.m.: Police received a report of a car versus a deer on Litchfield Road.
• 5:35 a.m.: Police received a report of a motor vehicle rollover on Mammoth Road.
