A Closer Look at the Woodmont Commons Plans

The massive Woodmont Commons development is expected to take several months for the town to review.

In an effort to make the process a bit easier for the public to follow, the town has set up a new section on its website with all of the latest information on the development. The site details the process for approving the Woodmont proposal, which will be broken into parts to make it more manageable.

The Woodmont Commons Planned Unit Development (PUD) page includes links to materials provided by developers to the town, the Woodmont Master Plan, Planning Board meeting minutes and more.

The billion-dollar Pillsbury Realty Development project would build up to 1,300 homes, three hotels and 800,000 square feet of commercial space on 600 acres in Londonderry. It is next scheduled to come before the Planning Board at the Jan. 9 meeting.
