Comedy for a Cause! Share a laugh with the YMCA of Greater Londonderry on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Whippersnappers, 44 Nashua rd, Londonderry. Hosted by Dave Carter, a longtime Y member, and featuring other local comedians, Jay Chanoine, Kevin Cotter, Nick Lavallee, and Ryan Leach! Doors open at 6:00 pm for dinner, show starts at 7:00 pm Comedy tickets are $20 in advance and can be purchased at the Welcome Center or $25 at the door the night of the show. A 50/50 raffle and silent auctions will take place throughout the night. All ticket sales benefit the YMCA of Greater Londonderry's Reach Out for Youth and Families annual campaign. Each year the Y annual fundraising effort, our Reach Out for Youth and Families, provides opportunities for individuals and families in our community who are in need of financial assistance to become members of the Y and participate in Y programs. Although we have been very successful in our endeavors to provide support to all who establish financial need, the disparity grows every year. Help make an impact today in your community by giving to Y.
