'Dangerous' Felon with 'Fried Mind' Tattoo Wanted by Marshals

Darren Lee Bingham allegedly failed to appear at an arraignment in Sullivan County on a gun charge.

This week’s Fugitive of the Week is Darren Lee Bingham, 44, who is wanted for failing to appear at the arraignment of a possession of a firearm charge.

Bingham is described as being about 5-feet, 9-inches tall weighing 140 lbs. with blue eyes and blonde/gray hair and medium skin tone. He has a number of scars on his body, including both knees and his abdomen. He also has numerous tattoos including a skull and ribbon on one arm and skull and crossbones on the other. Another has the words, “Fried Mind” on his upper left arm as well as others. 

Sullivan County issued the warrant for Bingham’s arrested on Jan. 5.

Bingham was last known to be living in Vermont, where he was born, and still has family and friends. He is considered armed and dangerous by marshals and anyone who sees him should not try to apprehend him.
