Derry Man Bagged On Second DWI After Crash: Londonderry Cop Log

Plus, Manchester pair face conspiracy to commit charges, Queen City man charged with DWI, and Mass. man arrested for theft, forgery.

LONDONDERRY, NH — Oleg Novinskiy, 43, lower right, of Dove Lane in Manchester, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. on March 26, 2018, for driving under the influence, driving after revocation or suspension, and open container. He was arrested after police were sent to Enterprise Drive for a welfare check.

Lianne Davis, 34, lower center, of Harvard Street in Manchester, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on March 26, 2018, for conspiracy to commit. Also arrested was Christopher A. Davis, lower left, 37, for conspiracy to commit. They were arrested on warrants.

Justin Gorton, 33, upper right, of Winter Street in Manchester, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on March 26, 2018, for conduct after an accident and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on a warrant on Spruce Street.

Edward R. Sullivan, 39, upper middle, of Reservoir Street in Holden, MA, was arrested at noon on March 26, 2017, for theft by deception, forgery, and receiving stolen property. He was arrested on a warrant in Essex County Massachusetts.

Anthony M. Furnari, 25, upper left, of Whittemore Drive in Derry, was arrested at 4:45 a.m. on March 26, 2018, for driving while intoxicated-second offense and conduct after an accident. He was arrested after a motor vehicle crash on High Range Road.
