Drugs, Livestock and Underage Drinking?
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Sunday, Sept. 9
11:40 a.m. – Kenneth Kwong, 31, of 106 Montvale Road, Woburn, Mass. was charged with violation of privacy. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and given a court date of Oct. 1 in Derry District Court.
3:20 p.m. – A caller reported that a man at the flea market had tried to buy the socks off her 8-year-old daughter's feet earlier in the day.

4:10 p.m. – A caller reported drugs, livestock and underage drinking on Beacon Street. Police responded and found a family gathering, and asked them to turn down the music.
5:48 p.m. – Brett Everett Souther, 37, of 23 Birch St., Lynn, Mass., was charged with three counts of simple assault. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance and given a court date of Oct. 1 in Derry District Court.

10:55 p.m. – Kenneth Jarvis Harzmovitch, 27, of 34 Hardy Road, Londonderry was arrested on a bench warrant. He paid his outstanding $152 fine and was released.
Monday, Sept. 10
1 a.m. – John A. Ramsey, 42, of 1 Charleston Ave., Apt. #28, Londonderry, was arrested on a warrant from the Raymond Police Department. He was processed and turned over to Raymond Police.
9:08 a.m. – A caller reported the theft of wheels and tires from a pickup truck on Nashua Road.
1:08 p.m. – A caller reported an uprooted tree on cable lines on Clark Road. Police determined the tree was not a hazard at this time.
5:18 p.m. – A caller on Gregg Circle reported that someone had left firecrackers in her mailbox again.
8:24 p.m. – Police received a report of a car versus deer on Nashua Road. The driver of the car was not injured.
9:31 p.m. – Police received a report of a car versus deer on Route 102. The driver was not injured.
Tuesday, Sept. 11
3:26 a.m. – Shawn Michael Dunlea, 25, of 22 Raintree Drive, Londonderry was charged with driving while intoxicated (second offense), possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and open container of alcohol. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and given a court date of Oct. 1 in Derry District Court.
