Elderly Alleged Stalker Arrested: Londonderry Police Log

LONDONDERRY, NH — Mark T. Powers, 58, lower right, of Merlin Place in Londonderry, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. on March 19, 2018, for domestic violence-simple assault and domestic violence-criminal threatening. He was arrested on a warrant.

Sarah Hale, 40, lower left, of Spruce Street in Manchester, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. on March 19, 2018, on two counts of identity fraud. She was arrested on a warrant.

Robert N. McCreedy, 57, upper right, of Mt. Pleasant Street in Derry, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on March 18, 2018, for theft. He was arrested on a warrant.

John A Rufo, 47, of Fieldstone Drive in Londonderry, was arrested at 3:56 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2018, for domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-criminal threatening, criminal mischief-vandalism, and endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent. He was arrested after a domestic disturbance on Fieldstone Drive.

Dario F. Abruzzese, 19, upper middle, of Forest Hill Way in Manchester, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on Feb. 18, 2018, on a warrant. He was arrested on Stokes Road after a Manchester assist request.

Nicole Benger, 34, of Wallace Drive in Merrimack, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on Feb. 16, 2018, for domestic violence-simple assault and criminal mischief-vandalism after an a disturbance on South Road.

Daniel Cabral, 67, upper left, of Woodcrest Drive in Londonderry, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on Feb. 15, 2018, for stalking. He was arrested on a warrant.
