Elderly Man Arrested For DUI: Londonderry Police Log

LONDONDERRY, NH — Jack E. Shuler, 78, lower right, of Winding Pond Road in Londonderry, was arrested at 3:28 p.m. on Oct. 19, 2017, for driving under the influence. Police were sent to Mammoth Road near the Moose Hill Orchards to assist the Manchester Police with a traffic stop.

Russell M. Cook, 27, of Sawmill Lane in Hampstead, was arrested at 3:01 p.m. on Oct. 7, 2017, on a warrant after police were sent to Airport Road at the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport for a report of suspicious activity.

Edward F. Hayes, 56, lower middle, of Desmarais Avenue in Derry, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on Oct. 7, 2017, for driving under the influence, failure to obey inspection requirements, driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, and open container after a motor vehicle stop on Liberty Drive at Rockingham Road. Brian K. Tausky, 19, lower left, of Elijah Hill Road in Londonderry, was arrested at 2:41 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2017, on two counts of domestic violence-assault, reckless conduct, and obstructing report of a crime or injury. He was arrested after police were sent to the Elliot Primary/Urgent Care location on Buttrick Road to assist Londonderry Fire and Rescue teams.

Robyne Fischer, 47, of Falls Trail in Malabar, FL, was arrested at 5:07 a.m. on Sept. 30, 2017, for driving under the influence as well as domestic violence-simple assault.

Douglas Dipesa, 39, upper right, of Berkeley Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 3:19 a.m. on Sept. 30, 2017, for driving under the influence after an alleged domestic disturbance on Rockingham Road near Convenience Plus.

Craig D. Trudel, 31, upper middle, of Meetinghouse Lane in Manchester, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. on Sept. 23, 2017, for theft. He was arrested on a warrant.

James H. Fowler, 43, upper left, of Sagamore Street in Manchester, was arrested at 12:57 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2017, for child pornography. He was arrested on a warrant at the Valley Street Jail.
