According to Deputy Jeffrey White, Twombly was last known to live in a halfway house in Manchester where he allegedly assaulted a female corrections officer and fled on foot. He’s originally from Laconia but “could be anywhere at this time.”
Due to his history of violence, White warned that Twombly should be considered armed and dangers and should not be apprehended by tipsters.
