Flags to Fly at Half-Staff for Gregg Thursday
Gov. Maggie Hassan requests honor for former first lady of the Granite State.

Flags will be flown at half-staff around New Hampshire on Aug. 7, in honor of former First Lady Catherine Gregg, who passed away last weekend.
In a statement, Gov. Maggie Hassan, D-Exeter, said Gregg “admirably served the people of the state,” noting that her service never ended.
“Throughout her life, her commitment to the state that she loved made the Granite State a better place to live, work and raise a family,” Hassan said. “Working to preserve the culture, history and natural beauty that make New Hampshire so special, she touched countless lives in many different communities across the state, and Tom and I join Granite Staters everywhere in mourning with the Gregg family and their loved ones.”
