Graham Meets with Business Leaders July 22

South Carolina Republican to headline meet-the-candidate event with the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce.

The Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce’s New Hampshire Primary Series will continue at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22, with a meet-and-greet event with U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-SC, in the function room at The Halligan Tavern, 32 West Broadway in downtown Derry, according to a press statement.

Sponsored by the Law Office of Parnell, Michels & McKay, the nonpartisan New Hampshire Primary series gives members of the local business community the opportunity to meet, hear from, and share their concerns with Presidential candidates of both political parties.

While the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce is a nonpartisan organization that does not endorse or otherwise support candidates for any public office, the nonprofit business advocacy group does strive to connect its member businesses with policy makers on the local, state, and federal levels, Chamber president Will Stewart said.

“We in New Hampshire take our responsibility to vet the Presidential candidates very seriously, and the Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce is excited to provide this opportunity for our members to both learn about, and perhaps help shape the platforms of, those vying to be President,” said Stewart.

The New Hampshire Primary Series is organized by the Chamber’s Government Affairs Committee, which serves as the organization’s policy-recommending body and helps the business community forge stronger relationships with policy makers.
